Jackie started in real estate in 2016 after managing the purchase of her first home. The purchase required her to obtain a renovation loan which had a lot of paperwork and moving parts. Nevertheless, Jackie managed the entire project including communications between the contractors and lender as well as managing the everyday activities of the project to keep it moving forward. At the same time as her home purchase and renovation, Jackie was working in Immigration and her experience in this role further solidified her decision to become a REALTOR® because she knew she wanted to help people with their own home buying experience and make it as smooth and as easy as she could for them.
Jackie’s experience as an Immigration Director has given her the knowledge and expertise to efficiently and effectively handle all aspects of a real estate transaction including, but not limited to, completing and processing extensive real estate documents, managing the many moving parts of the transaction while adhering to strict deadlines, keeping all parties of the transaction abreast of new developments at the moment they occur, and ensuring everyone stays stay the course from contract to close.
